Since its establishment in 1902 by some British people at Uluberia in pre-independence Bengal and in its nascent state, Uluberia Institute and Library, has, over the years, under the aegis of some aholic and enthusiasts, has advanced progressively forward leaving behind a trail of activities multifoliate and multivalent and holding aloft the mottos of 'mankind, society and culture'.
